"The State of the World Forum (SWF) was convened by Mikhail Gorbechev to gather leaders from business, government and civil society in an unprecedented global multi-stakeholder dialogue.

An enormously important component of the annual Forum gathering was the Emerging Leaders Program. These young people were hand picked, high-powered individuals, change makers, social entrepreneurs and activists ages 15-25 invited from over 30 countries.

For 2 consecutive years Tad was given responsibility for choreographing the youth involvement at State of the World Forum roundtable and plenary sessions both in San Francisco and New York .
